Harvest timing is a precise science. Too early and moisture is too high. Too late and density suffers. Our growers use decades of experience and batch-by-batch testing to hit the exact window where moisture, density, and hull strength align perfectly.

Multi-Point Quality Testing & Lot Certification

Every batch undergoes a full scientific evaluation—expansion ratio, moisture levels, color consistency, hull content, kernel uniformity, and durability testing. Our damage and foreign material allowance of 3% or lower is one of the strictest in the industry.

Cleaning, Sorting & Precision Packaging

After certification, kernels go through air classification, density separation, color sorting, and size grading. We offer flexible commercial formats—from 35 lb bags to full truckloads, container shipments, tankers, and boxcars—engineered to protect moisture integrity and maximize shelf life.
