Reduced GHG Footprint
As a member of the Cool Farms Alliance, we actively collaborate with growers to reduce the carbon footprint of every kernel we produce. We use the Cool Farm Tool to convert real farm practice data — fertilizer use, fuel, tillage, irrigation, and yield — into measurable GHG footprint estimates, so we know where emissions come from and what practice changes actually reduce them.

Zero-Waste Production
Every step from harvest to shipment is designed to reduce waste — in the field, through post-harvest conditioning, and in packaging. We're actively transitioning select packaging formats to paper bags as part of a broader commitment to reducing our material footprint across the supply chain.

CropTrak is a farm and supply-chain platform that documents a crop from the moment it goes in the ground through delivery and buyer records. It centralizes field data, planting activities, spray logs, contracts, and delivery records — so every lot is traceable and every audit is straightforward. It's the same platform used by the largest snack food company in the world.

The Cool Farm Tool is a sustainability calculator that converts real inputs — fertilizer, fuel, tillage type, irrigation, and yield — into estimates of each crop's greenhouse gas footprint. As a member of the Cool Farms Alliance, Weaver uses this data operationally — to track our footprint across the full grower network and identify where practice changes make a measurable difference.
